WatchWire has the ability to connect with any API so you can ensure your portfolio meets any additional mandatory reporting requirements and also allow you to participate in any voluntary reporting to any benchmarking service in the market like CDP, GRI, SASB, and more.

ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager Integration:

With a robust integration with ESPM, WatchWire offers a user-friendly interface to configure properties for syncing with ESPM. The integration allows for seamless syncing with ENERGY STAR by entering Portfolio ID and Meter ID. You can easily navigate the Sustainability hierarchy to view ENERGY STAR data and results including ESPM property IDs, ESPM scores, and alerts. From the Home section, you can set up an ENERGY STAR dashboard widget where you can select different properties to quickly view high-level ESPM data and scores. After navigating to the Reporting section, you are able to select and run an ENERGY STAR Report with the properties you want to be included. You can download and save the report in various formats. WatchWire’s ESPM integration also pulls down and trends score and EUI metrics over time and can extract usage data stored in ESPM into the platform.

LEED Arc Integration:

WatchWire offers native integration with LEED Arc, a platform used for continuous LEED scoring, LEED readiness, and more. To use this feature, users must first connect to Arc Skoru and then follow the steps to authorize.

GRESB Integration:

As a GRESB Premier Partner, WatchWire is proficient in helping real estate clients maximize their GRESB scoring, and in accurately and quickly reporting their energy performance indicators. A direct API connection to the GRESB portal facilitates audited data transfer directly from WatchWire, allowing automatic updates of performance data each year without having to spend time and resources collecting the data, manually updating the data, or uploading spreadsheets to the reporting site.

Other Integrations: GRI, CDP, SASB, and more

We also offer Excel exports for a wide range of GRI disclosures, user-defined SASB industry metrics ( within the Environment Dimension and the following General Issue Categories – GHG Emissions, Energy Management, Water & Wastewater Management, Waste & Hazardous Materials Management), and quantitative data for multiple sections of the CDP.
